i know it does not seem like it today but the lucky ones are the ones who are being cut today. Here are the reasons 1. The best time to get a new job in Pharma is in the fall. New contracts and expansion takes place in the fall 2. With the amount of money this company owes they can not stay the course and stay open. Every time they cut reps sales has gone down. 3. The word is this company will close in 6 months. That would leave reps trying to find a job in late Q1. This is the worse time to find a job in Pharma 4. The reps losing their jobs today will not have Iroko on their resume Good Luck to everyone and keep in mind that InVentiv has new contacts coming and they have a great track record in placing displaced reps
I'm one of the "lucky ones" retained. But like many others realize the fate of this company. 4-6 months left to stay afloat, I'll collect a paycheck while looking for other jobs. Thanks for keeping me LOU and CES!
