OPEN LETTER TO KEVIN MOSHER

KEVIN,
You should know you have fallen from the perch you once sat on. Your word is absolutely worthless! Your pay increase talk at the NSM, the marketing programs, etc.. Hold no worth. You will be losing many great reps because you lie, spin and mislead your sales force. I thought with the appointment of JC, it would help, apparently not when it comes to the promised words of being the highest paid in the field. We all know if you finish at 130% we will do OK, but then get crushed the next year on our quota.

Kevin, you came from the Naval Academy, your word is your valor. Do the right thing! Change the plan or you will be hiring more worthless pharma reps and wonder why customer's are leaving in droves.

Once a believer now a pissed off rep. posting on this site!

 

We Nobel reps are fools. We believed the pathological liar Mosher, and go into the NSM like cattle going into the slaughterhouse. Realize that no one at Nobel cares about us. They only care about the stock price. That is it. They are hemorraging right now, and the last thing they can do is justify a pay raise or comp change to the people they blame for this sales slow down. Mosher hates salespeople, so does Hinkle. If you knew what they say behind peoples back about sales reps you would understand. So now 3 months after the NSM are things any different than they were this time last year? Are we making our numbers? Do we have a reasonable sales quota every month? This whole operation has turned into a modern day sweat shop. Low pay in relation to what we do, very few rights-get out if you don't like it, we'll hire someone with less experience, and we are treated sub human.
Once again we get the lie at the NSM, but no one speaks their mind, not even here because Mosher tries to intimidate the reps by posting here.

 

I can't hold this secret anymore.....my name is Tiffany and I recognize Kevin Mosher from his picture on NobelVision in my dentists office. I always knew him though as Client - 10. He would always hire me along with his friend..some guy with a mullet that I knew as Client - 326lbs. Haven't seen him in awhile. Whew...now I feel better.

 

Not a Noble rep, not an implant rep....just a dental rep who needed a chuckle. This post was not only timely, fresh and news related......it was funny at the same time. Thanks for the smile.

 

Well to all of you that posted during the Nobel days re: Kevin Mosher many of us that had built the emerging technology company, Dfine, Inc, wish we would have been aware of these posts or taken them to heart. Just so you know, the zebra has not changed its stripes. He has single handed driven one of the most likely to succeed start up companies with significant IP to near failure.

The comment that resonates the most is the misleading and lying. I am convinced he is pathological. I was systematically lied to for over a year and a half, constantly being made promises that never materialized. Then when finally called on the carpet, the promised evolved quickly into threats. Congrats Mr. Mosher for destroying 2 very strong promising companies, for the damage and wasted time you caused many dedicated employees. Interestingly enough, if you search these things.. which I never have before.. I think you take the cake for the most disliked, distrusted executive want to be leader on any discussion boards.

I guess just like on the ship... grab your ankles and enjoy it, cause your getting screwed if you were unfortunate enough sign up for this mission or be there when he was so "carefully" selected.. really.

Happily moved on and wondering why I waited so long.

 

If you hate this guy that much,why dont you print all the bad press on him and mail it to his current company so all the current employees wont get ambushed when they get fucked over by him!! Now there is a good idea!!!

 

If he is going to Keystone and WP hires him they are dumber than dirt. Read last entires at Keystone Fact or Fiction.

 

This guy is by far the worst leader in the corporate world! He is definitely the biggest liar I have ever come in contact with! He has no clue about being a CEO, let alone a leader. Everyone at DFine is looking to get out and I think if they are smart, they should tell the stockholders who is ruining the company, Kevin Mosher is the downfall. He cannot even close a deal when brought in a meeting.

 

Amazing that Dfine didn't conduct their due diligence on this guy. Is he still at Dfine, destroying things or did they smarten up and realize the mistake they made?

 

I heard through a recruiter DFine has been ruined already because of their shitbag leader!!! Nice Job You did it again!!!

I applaude the nostradamus that came on here and foretold of Nobel's downfall at the hands of this guy back in 2008. For the investors that heeded your guidance and sold, they were handsomely rewarded by averting a total collapse in thier investments.

He should know that his Doctor M Donald Ross DDS, is a total LIAR. Ross made promises to me as a patient, then SOLD the COMPANY. At this moment to me Ross is a scumbag. Maybe this dude is part of the problem. Are they ALL Liars?
