As a rep with lots of experience, I never worked for a company where the senior Vice President of sales who works in the home office NEVER communicated to the field. We used to regularly hear from Scott and Andrew. I don't think she has any idea about sales or how to motivate a sales force. How did she get this job? Why did Lou choose her? She stinks and should be fired.

She doesn't do anything. Horrible leader.

It amazes me that individuals like her continue to get jobs, destroy sales forces, and get hired elsewhere when the job is up. How can you never communicate or motivate a sales force? It's clearly all about her and how she can use Iroko for her own benefit. It's sad to say.

Well, Goodbye all, I lost my job and it saddens me to leave but I know there is something much better out there!

    Good luck to you all!

51 conference call or 89? Who's moving forward?

I think 89 keeps their job. Even though no one wants this job anymore..

And Peter Rooney resigned today...there is no one left. The 51 let go and the 80-some retained appears correct.

Can I just say, I am part of the 51 and rather relieved!!! Good-bye Iroko

Peter was the only manager close to home office who could motivate a sales force! Especially one with terrible products. Good for him to move on!

We don't have terrible products. We have terrible managed care and terrible leadership.

None of the products have any clinical significance and physicians can see right through it. There is no clinical study that is even remotely relevant to physicians and their practice. In fact, one of the studies appears to show that the drugs are not much better than placebo. It's a complete waste of space in the marketplace.

I heard she gets to work at 9 and leaves at 3. She takes off on Fridays. Where do I sign up?

I heard she gets 24 months of severance. I bet she would rather get fired then work. This helps explain why she doesn't work. We are trying hard out here and she doesn't give a crap. I would love to see her detail a doc.

No kidding. She should get an award for working so hard. Iroko is a 10 a.m. to 2:00 pm job. Not to mention all of the days when you sit at home and enter fake calls. I need more than a Chevy Malibu if you want me to break a sweat.

I heard Trump use that expression today. OPM means others people's money. She loves spending LOU's money.

Clarrisa is a total princess / joke...her and Moji, they add ZERO value to the organization get paid a lot, work very little, in at 10-10:30 out mid-afternoon. 36 HQ employees got laid off, the following week she is sending the sales force to a spa week in Monterrey CA all traveling on 1st class a/f. Some things just arent fair. LV and that place is going down!
