What is the next group of employees to get cut?

Based on the layoff history, cuts will be announced soon.

 

I think it will be the Area Managers. Too many of them. Some reps have to ride with their manager weekly and bi-weekly. This sales leadership has a requirement that Area Managers be in the field a huge percentage of the time. This is unheard of and not Big Pharma.

 

Has to be area managers. Too many emails, conference calls, texts etc. Wish they could let us focus on our customers. Their role should be eliminated. It's a waste of money Diane.

This is a very toxic work environment. I wonder how many reps have left and will leave once their bonus check is deposited.

 

Why wait for a bonus check to clear this clusterf#$k. If you can secure another job, great! I would rather say I was unemployed on my resume than state that I worked for this hellhole.
