They won't cover that at all. The DMs don't even want to discuss that. They are praying you stay. Probably telling you to give it til the first of the year.
The fake open forum questions are all pre screened on purpose. Those puppets are scared to death of upper management. Again the rumor is skimming off the sales force to pay investors. The upper management were in fact given new cars. Get out before you are left high and dry. The company's solvency is obviously in question.
Leaders that don't listen will be surrounded by people that have nothing to say. Which is exactly what they want. There are 4 people in the know there. FM left for a reason. Kitchen is getting hot

Fact commissions are down nationwide significantly with no transparency. Fact front office got new cars from the company. Fact no reps have been paid for DDI. What do you dispute instead of calling him a liar?

 

Familiar theme across the industry. The clock is ticking to major changes. Aegis weak dick reps aren't going to be able to sell bc all they know how to sell is an above fair market value lease agreement.
