Really? Going after REPS who left 1-2 years later for overpayment? Do you really think reps would leave if they were overpaid? They earned every penny and now you want 1/3 to 1/2 of their small salary to payback for 2014-2015 sales. Pathetic. They will Lawyer up and fight this one for sure.
