Community Health Center advice

I'm considering taking a position that would require the bulk of my calls to be at community health centers. I've been in pharma sales for 13 years but have no experience at all with community health centers. Will someone please give me an overview of the major differences between calling on these centers versus calling on regular offices? Pros? Cons? Tips and tricks? Thanks!
