They have an open position, should I leave LapCorp to come here? I have extensive Women's Health Lab experiences.

    LOL....

    Uh, NO!

This place is a shithole, bonuses suck and are impossible to get and the management is shady and unethical. In our space, we are known as the shady company on the block.

I have the same question...any real answers out there would be appreciated!

I'm in pharma now and want out. BDM job here seems like a decent gig, but would love to hear some opinions.

Also curious about starting salary/benefits compared to pharma jobs?

now is not the time to be in lab sales, it gets worse everyday - there's so many labs out there. i left progenity last month, terrible company and upper management. your bonuses are very little, comp plan changes quarterly. the women's health market is so overcrowded and dominated by natera, progenity has the worse coverage in-network.

That would be a accurate assessment. Remaining non - par was the strategy from day one. Unfortunately, that model is becoming more difficult to sustain and I wouldn't be surprised if Harry was looking for a suitor to take him out of this crazy business!
