What kind of money is being made?

Being that MPQ and UPC are the bulk of the comp, how receptive are the physicians to growing their patient base?

It sounds like a great opportunity if the capital really takes off.

    I appreciate any feedback.

you are wasting your time going after this no-good, sucker of a company, led by a bunch of morons from the top down. you would be better off going to another company, unless you are a loser and no body else is offering you a job

For MPQ, most physicians are not looking at growing their patient base.

For UPC, you will find some physicians are receptive and some are not. I would say it is 30% are and 70% are not, which is okay. The issue is how much they can expand their patient base and not clog their clinic with patients. At a certain point, they are going to have to make significant changes to their practice to accommodate UPC.

As has been stated in other threads, the value prop for Endosheath is not really established yet so not sure it is going to take off.

I worked here 2 years and left not too long ago for better pastures. Take it from somebody who knows plenty about this company: You would be a fool to want to work here. This company is on its dying throes, and the smart ones have figured it out. MDT will eat their lunch before too long with their ptns, and the sheath has not proved yet and is not likely to, the economics are just not there for the docs, and the MPQ is a tired 20-year product in a very, very small market that is not growing. And the company's product pipeline is zilch. And they have not made any money in over 20 years. And they are running out of cash. And right now there is Board Room brawl going on.

Can someone touch on the comp plan? Base, at plan? What about stock, 401k, benefits? Thanks.

Forget about this company. Stop waisting your time making a go here, there is not much future here. Look elsewhere, unless you are so incompetent that no body else will hire you or you are currently unemployed. Then by all means join the company and draw a pay check while you are looking for a better job.
