Morale is low here. So Bad the Area Director gets on the weekly call telling us Natera has low turnover. Nice guy, he's always been pleasant to me, but does he not see how bad it is??
Nice guy indeed. Morale has collapsed. Everyone is getting out end of the quarter. She should be fine, she's always saying how recruiters are always contacting her about reps looking for jobs.
You should be fine.....you have all those recruiters calling you everyday with resumes...now you have plenty of openings to fill them
