Patterson Lawsuit?

Has anyone heard anything about a lawsuit against Patterson regarding their recent sales rep terminations? Sounds like it might be just a rumor at this point...

 

Why sue? Most either went to a competitor or took the severance package which absolves Patterson of any wrong in the terminations. Besides, they let so many people go at one time unless there's extenuating circumstances no one had a case of any kind that will pay much. People should, but won't...

 

They were not layoffs. Supposedly they let go under performers based on a 3 year history. It really stinks though. Has nothing to do with age. There are many people over 60 still employed there.
