Per IT leadership, those caught posting here will be terminated. All internet traffic through the Lilly network is being monitored and compliance is being enforced.
Ditto. If you want to know the truth about what is going on, ask your management team. They will be transparent and honest to your inquiry. Trust no one outside the walls of Lilly.
Good thing I don't work there any more then. I am glad if they've actually stopped this board though, because when I used to work there I discovered it and then I kept coming here even though it was depressing to read and made me feel very despondent. I was also shocked at how much people posted here compared to other IT departments. It's really a message to management- you have some kind of corporate political issues or cultural issues when this many people feel the only place they can discuss what's going on is in an anonymous forum. As in, they clearly don't feel they can speak honestly to their management or HR about things. Things got way too heavy for me and I had to leave the company, but I sincerely hope things get better for everyone that is still there. Maybe new CIO Aarti will make the difference.. I am assuming she's still there although given what I know about how often management changes this may not be the case!
