This company is way out of touch. Area managers down can see how things work. But the corporate office is drunk on their ego. They believe their problems lie at the location level but it is there back and forth strategy that is bringing them down. Their new COO changes her stance daily. That can only mean one thing, she does not know what she is doing but of course is to full of herself and drunkenness of power to see it.
I used to work for Rotech. Yes now they have the Nurse Lady who changes her mind every 5 seconds and gets mad no one knows which way to go. I feel for anyone can on that company. The corporate office believes the people in the locations just won't do what they need can and the locations desperately yet to explain they need help but no one cares. They need real business people who know how to develop people. They been doing the same thing for 20 years and the low level employees keep saving them. It's very sad. I had a good AM but she was not listened to either. Now the same people who led the company down the hole still lead there people by the same hole.
Mmmmmk.. If I have interpreted your post correctly, you are saying the cadre of clowns that run this circus are incompetent at best and, the HNIC must be a quota hire because her indecisive leadership style suggests a lack of experience and ability to lead. We are in total agreement...
I love the way all the corporate ego maniacs are so desperate for attention you get like 20 different emails from each one of them telling you the same dang thing... Encountered that this morning with them patting themselves on the back for a " successful data transfer" just for it to go down an hour later... Smh I seriously need a filter for all the redundant e-mails
Yes will it appears my take on things is in agreement with most others. I truly gave my best to these people but they are too full of themselves to help themselves. I guess they really don't know that they don't know what they are doing.
