I just heard that a new guy named Mike McCann will be named VP of Commercial Operations. Does anybody know this guy?

He's coming over from Genzyme and Kynamro. Great guy with a great wit, sense of humor. Very approachable. Bright guy, surprised he's not going with one of the PCSK 9 companies.

For a company thread which gets about a post a week to receive a new thread and a couple replies over an eight or so hour time period seems fishy. It has that manufactured in Cambridge feel to it. The stock price, vacancies and ever increasing departures must have someone nervous enough to do some planting.

this guy is a piece of work.

He's left company after company (was fired from several) and seems to destroy it wherever he goes. He's in the good ole boys network which seems to save his ass for employment.

The guy leads out of fear and has no concept of a conversational sell, relationship building, and will stab you in the back if he doesn't like you.

Do you expect anything else from a former Genzyme employee? They're almost all cut from the same cloth over there.

Agreed. Total d-bag. Company hires bottom barrel talent.
