Management induced dumpster fire. Draining investor dollars and employee morale. Executive team should be held to same standard as reps. Oh wait, they'd all be gone already.

People have been hiding here since the product was approved. Shoot.... they'll help you hide. They'll lower your goal every quarter if you can't sell just so everyone can make money and be happy. Keryx is a bottom feeder's dream. Only place I've been where a person can sell less than 100 scripts and get paid twice as much as someone generating 3 times more.

The future looks great - many positives ahead. Patients love this drug and doctors want it back.

This dumpster fire could always use more trash. Take your time: stock grants will be lower priced by the time you get your offer letter.

Rumor has it that the company will once again offer flat merit increases and additional stock to high performers giving reps more reasons not to perform at Keryx. Don't perform you get a lower goal, a bonus, and the same increase as a top performer. What a joke! Keep your worthless stock. Time to go to a place that values talent.

Fire the idiot responsible but don't take money away from the reps who did their job.

Only this company would want vacancies at a time where they desperately need sales. WOW!

C-list management points the finger at everyone but themselves. November (corp update call, PDUFA, ASN, etc.) will show whether these duds can deliver on anything at all.

A warm body in a territory does not equate to sales. Take a look at the the past 2 years. Same can be said for management. Fire away!

Me, too. Some managers have expected regular activity during the interruption. This means calls and lunches, even if just to say "Hello" and "No, still no news."

No one is going to give a sh*t what you did during the hiatus after the supply fiasco is righted. It will be produce or GTFO.

True, but not the point of previous post. The point is that some RSD's have demanded activity from their people during the interruption.

What horse sh*t! Meanwhile the idiots that are responsible for this mess will get a fat raise, promotion, and stock. Open your eyes BOD!
