Not since the Midwest manager left. Thank God that happened. That person behaved like a tyrannical control freak who only cared about their own survival in the company. A lot of good people were fired or left because of that manager's poor management skills and awful personality.
Sales Director Joe Brown left town. Many saw that coming. Joe didn't get along with that senile senior citizen CEO, Michael Anderson who is a lying piece of crap.
Now that Joe is gone you may start to see managers next. It seems like each week another rep is leaving too and rightfully so. Peter selling FSC Pediatrics led to its downfall. Never trust a hedge fund running a pharmaceutical company because investors come first while patients as well as sales reps are valued dead last.
As I predicted managers are starting to leave FSC Pediatrics. The one in the South was a great manager and well respected by the district. That person was smart to leave because the pay was crap for the work dealing with 3rd tier products with horrible reimbursement and expensive copays.
Yes down to three managers with several reps a month leaving and being terminated. No new products anywhere in sight. This party is not sustainable. The math of the expense the field force vs the revenue being generated by the products that we are selling doesn't work any better than a year ago when Peter was planning his exit. Since the same investment group backed both FSC and Flamel it was a plan to dissolve this side of the business. Tax reasons? Contacts with supplier and agreement to promote being broken that would lead to very costly penalties or...?
Yep. Managers are departing this sad company. With all of the reps that have been fired or left for better jobs, there won't be that much of a need for too many sales managers here anyways.
