But that is a favor to everyone. He hasnt done shit for strategy and business plans. Not looking forward to Jarod taking his place. So it's going to go downhill more. Others will still leave and get paid way more . And not just bonus. They are offering more bonus AND a MUCH HIGHER SALARY!!! Guess what? The company is going to be paying out their ass on new employee hires all the time while slowing the pipeline and holds for patients. Hey Yann, Get your French head out of your asshole and realize your employees are working their asses off for nothing. Your good employees are leaving every day. Gooduck on revenue in the next few years with no changes .
I know my employees work very hard and the year has been a record for sales and accruals. And if employees feel they are underpaid, we know they are and we don't care. I tell their RD's to let them eat cake! Very Best, Yann
