Warning everyone that they are saying five shifts but I just heard that we are probably going to four 12 hour shifts to save money. You will be working whenever they want. I'm looking to leave. Very dishonest.
Is that extra eight at overtime pay? Still a long work day. I'm not in Ops but would work 3 x 12 plus a half day on Friday if I could. I'm there that long every day anyways.
to add... project management is atrocious. The basic things that are overlooked in the schedule are amazing.
