This position has been open for a while. A recruiter contacted me, as well as two others I know, asking interest. Any idea why it has been vacant for so long? How is the manager? Trying to get a gauge honestly for the environment here. Any honest feedback is appreciated.

lol, it's only been open for a little over a month. Ever try to find a qualified hemo rep? not on every corner.

Run Far away. It's a sh** show over here right now. Senior leadership is f'ing clueless.

Get out of Coag, and definitely don't come to CSL. No pipeline and the one we just spent the last year launching hasn't taken off. Everyone above regional managers doesn't give a shit about this sales force. Would rather let people go than pay them. My vote is NO CONFIDENCE

I couldn't agree more. Poor product performance, awful upper management. The droves of people who have left or are leaving should speak volumes, but it doesn't seem to resonate.

You nailed it. Global commercial leadership is a joke -- Repella, Campbell, Kulp, Wills, Drane, Gannon, Capritti the Psycho, and the rest of the in-house idiots should be kicked to the curb. Never seen a more incompetent group of ass-clowns in my life. A real pharma company won't hire them, but at CSL they're all senior directors and exec vp's.

That position is also in a undesirable group. Hear lots of comments about leadership/manager.

Can we please go back to 2012 when this was a respectable company where employees were happy?

CSL used to be a leader in hemophilia & bleeding disorders. Reps were respected for their clinical knowledge base & their ability to interact with the consumers, without pulling a Baxter or Bayer. Now, not so much. Unfortunately, senior leadership has been a revolving door for years. And, with each new crop of "leaders", there is a desperate need for them to own their dirt & make an impact. Yet, they don't even get the unique business model in the hemophilia space. I'd say go elsewhere unless you love working lots of nights & weekends and completely agree that better is always possible.

*EVERY coag rep and manager feel this way. "Better is always possible"...yeah, in senior management.
