Company spin on new health plan offerings. Gave us no heads up.

CSL just reduced our overall package by claiming to offer us more choice. This is a game changer and not a good one.

 

I haven't looked at the offerings yet. Is the cost to us going up?

 

Oh yes. As expected we just got ------!!! Increases are expected every year. This is a royal screwing of CSL employees. There is no sticking up for management at CSL who made this decision. And by management I mean the extreme higher ups. Absolutely pathetic how they claimed this would be in our favor giving us the choice. They are a health care company. They should be ashamed. You just took a significant hit on your overall package at CSL. There is no way to cherry coat this.
