I actually wanted to be our region's CSR trainer and was given the opportunity to travel to other centers to train CSR's. my AM was on the verge of retirement and I believe I would have been up bat to take her job but I didn't want to deal with Whiney reps or baby service reps any more. Enough is enough and I am now making more traveling the country. Sianarra suckers!
