I was fretting the call yesterday and now I'm kind of glad I lost my job because the severance packages were so good...I've been here only 1 year and got 6 months severance so almost $60k, 4 months medical, and a $25k bonus. So close to $100k in total benefits for working 1 year. Thank you Otsuka! Totally worth it!
Who will be next? How about the deadwood management people who are just taking up space at the home office? BO should volunteer to leave because he is terrible. He is nothing but a talking head for overseas.
The word is the assure people are next. I am sure the remaining salespeople can have forms and scripts filled out instead of one hundred of them running around.
