I have a job interview entering a second phase. Anyone have any information they can share about Paladin Labs?
Paladin was a great company until it got sold to Endo. Since then the moral is so low that all people do is hide in their cubicles. There's no sense of belonging any more. Now the President is leaving and we're stuck with fake faced Michael Patterson. He's a hypocrite. He came in and laid off half the sales force. Excellent people were let go. It's now April and still no quotas. His pecker of a Sales Manager-Steve Cecchetto is simply a Yes man and doesn't have our backs AT ALL! This is what its all boiled down to.
Can't believe I found this forum. Didn't even know it existed. Subsequent to the above post Paladin is now hiring for the same (or close) positions they got rid of 10 months ago. So many good people gone and now they are going to retrain and it will easily be 13 months of lost business. Mike Patterson is to blame for any lost revenue that could have made our financial picture better I can't believe DiSilva is oblivious to this. His henchman Livio isn't even trying. Emblem just goes along..... Steve doesn't know what's coming,...stay away from Paladin, everyone is looking elsewhere
Patterson has made so many bad decisions. I'm surprised he still has a job. He surrounds himself with bullies that don't seem to know anything execept how to blindly follow what he says. Not surprised Endo is where it is now.
