Chancery OKs $24M Settlement In Caris Stock Option Dispute

Law360, Wilmington (September 21, 2016, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A Delaware Chancery judge on Wednesday approved a $24 million settlement between former Caris Life Sciences employees and Caris' successor company, ending a battle over an alleged undervaluation of the workers’ stock options in a 2011 merger. Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster signed off on the deal, which became necessary after representatives for the employees realized the court had made a mathematical error to their detriment when awarding them about $16 million after trial.

Anyone know when the $$$$ will be paid to option holders? I heard a 30 day hold but as of yet no paperwork has arrived!

Still no checks??? This law firm is def playing games with the settlement cash! its been almost 90 days since final verdict......how does a 30 day hold turn into 90 plus. WEAK!

 

RUST CONSULTING is scam artist city - checks never actually mailed!! first 30 day hold - how does that go from Sept 21 to Mid DEcember - now they say Dec 28th but hotline operator admitted not happening as normally computer screen says Definately going out this day - so RUST is playing with the cash while we all wait.......RUST SUXXXXXXX
