    1) Whoever made the decision to go with Kronos should be fired. It's absolutely horrible.

    2) Good to know panels won't be ready for a while. Just like goals, I guess they were totally caught off guard that a new quarter was starting.

    Get your shit together.

    This Kronos s#*t is a DISASTER.

    Let's continue to think of more ways for the sales force to be completely inefficient?

    I forgot. Be sure to install the Kronos app on you iPad!

    Then when you've read the PDF 10 times and followed the directions to a T, and it doesn't work, spend some more time on the phone with the helpdesk to find out that it's not designed for our iPads, and won't work.

    Freakin genius.

    As one who helped push thru Kronos I take pity on you. The app works fine. It was beta tested for 3 months in NYC. I have been advised to avoid vulgarities here as leadership monitors this but please stop complaining and follow the simple directions. This is not rocket science. The beta team included interns not yet out of college ! They loved it !

    I can vouch for this . Was the intern and now a full time employee. Luv it here.

    If the beta was done on a few of the popular devices/OS, then it may not have been thorough enough.

    If leadership is spending anytime here, then they're not doing their jobs. They shouldn't care what the trolls are saying here, neither should you. Now, get back to work!!!

    YES WE CHECK THIS OUT.....BUT ON OUR TIME ! We had interns beta this app and they loved it, so simple they said a moron could learn it in an hour. So get back to work and let us determine what posts we respond to. Yours was particularly irking so it demanded a response..

    Kronos sucks. As does the Kronos help desk. 20 and 30 minute hold time to get someone. 1st woman was nice, 2nd not so much. Still waiting for the promised phone call to tell me my issue has been resolved. It's now well beyond the date that was promised.
