the turnover is off the charts. the pay and bonus (very rare by anyone) sucks and support is minimal. the average tenure is less than 6 months for a sales rep. the ceo has no background in business and is very passive aggressive. last i heard they lost even more people and can't fill the open postions.

they can't fill seats at courses. kol's take their money and put forth minimal efforts. it's not a company that stands strong. it's just a rich kids job his family protects for him by funding it. the company doesn't profit.

    for GV and RB:

Rank does not confer privilege or give power. It imposes responsibility.

It is easy to launch a project if you have no clue about the cost and schedule.

Think crazily, even if others laugh at you. Act bravely, even if you are all alone.

Effective leadership is doing important things first. Effective management is knowing what is important.

Management informs. Leadership applies. The effective managers inform accurately. Effective leaders apply wisely.

    People leave managers, not companies.

There is quite a bit of truth to all of these statements. RB is cut-throat and speaks in cliches. GV is not fit for the job, and should be terminated. He's the symbol of failure this company suffers from.

gv has little to no job skills. he's not suited for any level of leadership. definitely the root problem of the company. gv is a lucky hack. the only thing good about the job is the day you resign. im glad to see folks are finally mentioning him. he's been blaming others for years now. piezo = fly by night
