Clean the house! Yes the stock is tanking, the executive staff has no clue how to effectively run a company. Hopefully a new CEO will make changes: Presisdent, Director of Sales, Training, Marketing and list goes on. Worst pharma company I have every worked with in my life. More layoffs coming soon!

Wouldn't you actually have to have an initial lay off to have 'more lay offs coming soon?'
Fred did good work at his last stop. But here no one seems to be listening to anyone else. Marketing gives sales crappy stuff and sales gets blamed by Nestor when it doesn't work. Nestor admits it's crappy but says a good sales force could have made it work. Everyone is sorta doing their own thing.
I don't see lay offs. There are only 120 territories to begin with. Going back to 2015 level really isn't that much of a cost savings.

History lesson: each time Impax expanded, layoffs came 2 years later, back to 66-70 reps. Those are the facts. In addition, all Directors are ineffective: Marketing, Training, Sales, Managed Care and Operations. We could give the Director of Operations a pass because he inherited a myriad of issues. In addition, the board must understand that the sales goals are unattainable, the sampling issues are ridiculous (every territory has variances for both products), and the territories are very small(no one has enough targets). I could go on and on. Looking for another job now. In 2017 Impax will be in my rear view mirror. Plus I can't take another bad NSM, with the most ineffective training team in all of pharma. They actually through large trash cans at us in the meeting. Talk about HR issue. Done!

Looking for a new job too...I am sure with all the pharma layoff's it might take a while, but it's worth it!

I heard about the 'Trash Can' incident. Our group was fine. It's just difficult to get something done when Nestor changes things up on stage in front of everyone. But I did hear there were 1 or 2 lively training groups. Wtf is that all about. Details

To all of Impax. FW has been a total disaster no matter where he has been. He is a natural at making bad decisions that eventually catch with him and get him fired. This is the sad thing about the CEO process --- fuck up one company, then fuck up that company and receive a huge payout. Then move on to the next company and repeat. This dude sets to standard at this. When does it end. Stay tuned for Fred's next fuck up adventure!!!!!!!!!!!

impax was/is an ineffective organization before Fred joined. Yes, Fred made bad decisions. Nestor is a little dictator and Shifranski is a yes man, with little to no input, unless it's primary care type leadership. If Nestor and Shifranski get canned, then this company might have a fighting chance. Impax had the chance to be something great, it turns out that it's just a generic company with a me too drug.

Shifranski isn't too bad. He has people he has to answer too. Nestor is about as motivating as Eor. I can't tell if its disdain apathy or cluelessness he feels towards the sales force
