We have no leadership, no answers, no products and no hope. I feel like our company only cares about making a buck today and doesn't care about the future of our products or our customers. We are a dying company and it is sad. I want our products to be great and I want to work here, but I feel like I'm the only one who cares. I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel. The communication from the home office is like calling your local phone company to get some help. It is aggravating!!! I don't know what could possibly come out of our NSM that could help make us successful. They are setting us up for failure!! We had the potential to be in every office and now we are pushing ourselves out because of poor decisions from our managment. Sad sad sad

We need a company with morals and a good sense of managment to buy OraPharma. We have been seeing the same old same old for the last 5 years. Let's hope some respected company buys us and then let's go of the managment that continues to take us down the same road of doom.

I couldn't agree more. I really do want this company to be great! I want to do well and I want our products to be in every office. I feel like OP doesn't care about anything these days. No clear strategies, no plans, no answers and no appreciation for anyone.
Even JC and JA at home office seem put out by us. First, Planning an optional team building event at NSM and making it difficult for reps to attend. Now, some of The bad weather on the East coast is going to interfere with our work next week, and I doubt they even care. It shows that helping others is no longer an interest.

i think the entire company is in need of anti depressants. We have to do an annual performance review? Really? What a joke! I would like to give OraPharma/Valeant review, but that would be a waste because no one would read it.
