its doesn't sound like the Italian company has a sales force established in the US. With that said, I don't believe for a second they will keep operations in Covington long term. I also think sales force will be diminished within 60-90 days. They'll either get rid if everyone or downsize significantly.

 

Agree. And to those idiots during the town halls asking if jobs are safe... do you dumbasses really think they're gonna sit there and say "actually we're planning on laying off half the company Jan. 2, but in the mean time please keep busting your asses for us??" Get a clue.

 

Geez. Finally a job for the new year. In the NE it took me 3 years to find a new career away from here. Much stress working for my manager. And my coworkers act like women. Anyway, Vanda Pharma is hiring. Resignation is in Monday morning. Will work the final two weeks but we know how this company is once you decide to leave.

 

I get the feeling you're not the only one who will be resigning. Gotta figure most of us have seen the writing on the wall and have been or will start looking now. Mass exodus is approaching.

Seeing a lot of openings in my area with many companies. Sanofi, Novartis, Valient, Vanda, Takekda and Allergan. Have resumes out to all. Can't hurt to look. Better than sitting here waiting for the axe to drop
