I received an offer from Serono for the new Oncology division. Can anyone offer any insight? Any long term potential for this start up division or rolling the dice? The salary looks good as well as the target bonus but hard to know beyond that if it will be a good place to be.

I accepted a great offer. Serono has invested a ton of money in oncology. Could be an awesome opportunity!

Congratulations on your offers! Is this a leadership role? I am very interested in a representative role. Do either of you have a contact? Thank you!

Where are all of the Seronians? You've got nothing on the Oncology division at Serono?

Yes, the promise that most of us can switch over to this TA not....

They are looking outside the company as usual.

Hey Jack, If you are posting honestly, and on CP that is a rarity, you would be able to in-mail one of us directly. You would have been able to ask the managers that interviewed you as well. There's a number of contracts where other oncology companies out there are paying "consultants" to collect the exact same information that you ask.
