Why wouldn't Orapharma promote Doug or Chris to the National Director position? Seems odd to promote an RM multiple ranks.
Why would we promote period? Our stocks are in the dump and no one is doing anything. It doesn't make sense to pay someone more money to do nothing. Unless you are the guy doing nothing, then it makes perfect sense
