    TWH receiving no WARN act pay. Question specifically asked on severance overview call...run around answer on why not.

    Do you get a severance? If so, that is your Warn payment.

    Any news on whether Teva pays for PTO (assuming no), P-Club, or Region of the Year? I'd like everything that's been earned to be paid if I'm going down.

    Earned doesn't mean they pay it. Read comp plan

    No one expects this cheap skate company to pay a severance and a WARN like all other companies do. Best place to work? That was always a lie.

    Yes, I realize Teva is based in Israel. Simply asking whether the company will "do what's best" for their people and pay up for what has been accomplished from 2016. I expect nothing short of getting screwed on certain things, but some people on here have good insight so why the hell not ask.

    So we get emails from Erez then Rob then Larry then John then Jim. At this rate I'm anticipating a final email referencing the impending layoffs from the 3rd floor janitor at the overland park headquarters on the 29th.
