If the CEO has hired and put in place a management team a year ago to facilitate positive change though no positive change has occurred, only rapidly declining sales, then why would he and anyone else expect it to improve now? Will sales increase with the addition of a few more sales reps or with a DTC advertising campaign the company cannot afford?

The CEO is a good speaker and presenter to investors, however, it appears he's too enamored with Amgen Leadership that cannot get the job done. He's simply not seeing the forest for the trees. The company will not survive unless he quickly cleans house from his CCO down through the Sales Leadership ranks. The new direct sales force will only be as good as their leadership. Drop the Smoke and Mirrors, Hire a Professional CCO and Successful Sales Leadership team, then MannKind and Afrezza may have at least a chance of surviving.

I have no stock or interest in this company one way or another, just an observation.
