having been at other companies I have to say it is nice here. Very surprised at the amount of tenured reps here, however very curious how things have changed over the years. Just remember things could be worse, a lot worse.

 

I like the culture at Shire. I can tell y'all that in OBU are morale is very positive. Go Shire!

Totally agree - - - our Region respects all members of the team and our District gets together for the holidays and recently we had a bowling outing - - - lots of fun.

I wouldn't be surprised at all. Too many reps and they are in the red with all those free coupons they are giving out. The refills make them some money but refill rates are low.

Yeah, it's too early for OBU reorg, look for that year and half, 2 years after launch. Unless we get something else in the bag, territories are way too small for one drug.

I was one of the fortunate displaced reps. Offered severance equal to my tenure. Anyone know whether or not they will bump the sev from 20's to max of 52 weeks if pressed?...if my lawyer sends a counter offer letter? Any advice? Not many pharma oops where I live.
