what is the culture with parent company AbbVie? I heard the goals are extremely high and most don't make target.
Heard 3 weeks vacation for experienced oncology reps....that is really low to sell in a competitive marketplace and wanting seasoned onc reps. I had 3 weeks when I got into the industry 17 years ago!
Really?? We are sales reps who are alone 98% of the time. Take whatever time you want and use actual vacation time when you are out of town. I think people who complain about lack of vacation in this industry are the dumbest people I know.
Bottom line with this place, the leadership has totally turned over, most of the good reps have moved in to other start-ups, and this place has huge unattainable goals. Only come here if your are about to get fired in your current place or you want to get into oncology. They are now hiring all managers without experience and the new ADs are only here to build their resumes, stay for a few months and hit another Payout. #truth
