Any insights on this company? Seems like they have a good product in a huge market.

absolute joke. The company has turned over ALL upper management, a year into a new launch. What does that tell you? Reps are being fired and squeezed out. Actually, they are being asked to resign so they dont have to pay unemployment. They say be transparent, but you get scolded like a 5yr old if you voice your thoughts. There is no national ranking, no presidents club. No awards, Nothing. They dont appreciate anything. Raises were promised, never received, reps that come on as hew hires make much much more in salary. Its a shame because the company had so much potential - everyone is looking to leave. Read glassdoor reviews. Most of us expect the company to go under in 6 mos. They expect a miracle in an already crowded market.

New sales leadership appears to be completely clueless. Good at firing people, but that's about all. They think we can be Shire if reps memorize a sales script. Total joke.

This company was one of the worst experiences of my life. Management is absolutely clueless when it comes to running a salesforce. Only take a job here if you are currently unemployed. I saw them fire reps that had been there less then 6 months. Also be prepared to fight them in order to get paid out on your bonuses if you leave. This company will be bankrupt especially since they can’t even manufacture their flagship meds properly.

Culture here is not what I expected. I see a lot of kindergarten micro-management.
Leadership is intellectually dull and has low energy.

Car - Yes. Culture - sucks. Old boys' club culture. some managers are known for forcing reps out...

Just don’t get get sick. I had strep with a doctor note asking me to stay home until my fever was gone. I had to work through it because the company gives you zero sick days. You have to use your vacation days for illnesses. Imagine how many Ped offices want to see you when you when you are sick? You don’t get many vacation days here compared to the industry standard for having to use PTO for sickness, doctor appointments, etc. If you plan a vacation during the year be prepared to have angry doctors at you when you expose their patients and staff by showing up sick.

This is true. I had to go on short term disability for the flu. Seemed extreme. Now I just don’t use vacation until the end of the year and pray I don’t get sick and have to cancel it. Otherwise, pretty good company. Just avoid the sick side of pediatric offices the best you can and make sure not to touch anything.

What a freaking joke! You are in DOCTOR offices all day! How does one just avoid getting sick?! If this is true, you are being punished for doing your job.

You should come over to Ironshore. Here you are not treated like children. We have UNLIMITED PTO. We trust you to do your job, take an appropriate amount of vacation and sick days. No one has abused it. It’s amazing what happens when you are treated like an adult. This year I have taken a total of 3 weeks vacation and have used 1 sick day when my kid was sick and 2 when I was sick. Nothing crazy and most others are in the same range. Oh and guess what? We also get the week between Christmas and New Years off. Come work for a company that values work/life balance and doesn’t make you go on disability at 1/2 your income for the flu!

BS. Troll. Who takes a vacation during a launch and especially while we are breathing down their necks?
