Yep, they often times leave top talent on the table due to over analysis. Funny how the pharma guy misses on hiring and promoting top performers.

 

Maquet Culture SUCKS! JACQUI SUCKS, The Mayers are corupt!

MAQUET is one of the most messed up companies on earth! You have the Datascope people who think there crap does not stink! Bernardo, Terranova, Ciley what a bunch of incompetents! They put out Cardiosave two years before it was ready and it is a disaster! The CS100 and CS300 is junk.

The FDA has not taken action even though there have been recalls after recalls. The manage by profit and thats it! I wonder when is someone going to send a case of documents to the media and FDA.

The patients are at risk and no one cares!

 

Maquet Culture of terrible Quality!

This company has no long term chance. The day Quintero leaves will be the end of the whole shebang! They just promoted Jacqui's best friend Hartmut to head up the Cardiac Assist, Cardiac Surgery and Cardio Pulmonary. This despite Hartmut being a total failure at fixing the issues with CardioPulmonary. This will be led by a financial spread sheet and the patients will continue to suffer. Cardio Pulmonary would not have any products on the market if not for medical necessity. The day will come soon when the FDA will stop buying the BS and put some of these idiots in jail where they belong!

This is being written by a disgruntled customer who was forced to sign the certificate of medical necessity. My sales rep gives me all the inside info.

 

The culture from Gettinge (Myers) to MAQUET(JACQUI) is as bad as has every existed. The new Getting CEO was in the Wayne site and he was asked about the state of Quality at the site and over all. This uninformed CEO Alex Myers said that the state of Quality was fine! He was challenged by the crowd and he back peddled. WOW! I hear that they are bringing back all the old policies for complaints and going back to the old ways. That will show them Alex! Go back to doing the way that got you the warning letters! That will make the CFO's (Ulf) happy! This is a suck assed company who does not give a damn about patients or their employees. That is why the employees don't give a damn about anything certainly not Quality. Get out while you can! I can't believe hospitals are still buying these crap products! FDA you should consider protecting the public health.

Maquet is a culture of incompetence starting at the top management level. Ask a CVI rep how ther new VP is doing learning on the job. Leading from behind will never get you where your going.

This is a great company with terrific products and strong leadership. Please ignore all of the negative posts. This a great place to work and the company is always looking for top talent.

So let’s get this straight.
The CEO of the company was fired because he didn’t realize he was in a text chain that the president of the company was in and he called him an absolute idiot!!! This is 100% fact

Then we have the CCO of the company claiming to be a federal agent and yet he still has a job. No way shape or form is this guy have the reps in his best interest. He wanted all the former Atrium reps gone!

Next time you try and stick up for him... wait never mind you are probably him so next time you stick up for yourself know your audience. We know this place to well.

I'm afraid this is true. Also we understand he left his position with FEEMA years ago, you can also verify this on his LinkedIn. The question remains, when will Getinge drop him. It must be bad for the company image. Also, this company needs to purge out the deadwood in order to suceed
