Inacker is finally out. It's about time. He has always been "big hat no cattle". I am sure the stock will rise solely on the increased purchases by employees. Now If Kohut is next...expect 52 week records.

What's hysterical is that he was one of the very few leaders that actually cared about the employees and customers...

Well SI cared about employees and customers and little about politics. He got outflanked by MD who had previously outflanked many many Med Seg leaders and now has the "cheese" which he complained about. Did Med Products really do so well? Mfg runs itself so don't get why MD keeps that ( fav commodities). MD also has few women reports now....not a strong area for him. Let's hope for the best folks.

any news from the manager meetings? What new disaster is DC contemplating? Who are we buying next to cause even more chaos and accelerate rep turnover?

Not sure on mgmt meeting content, but business risks with how MD haphazardly redesigns jobs to add undoable scopes or he takes away responsibilities. Either way people are forced out or quit out of frustration . Good luck replacing people in those jobs.

Kohut is gone? What happened? Never thought I would see the day. You are right..now the healing/recovery can begin and at least there is a chance that Cardinal sales can maybe again...just maybe be a good place to be.

Who are you kidding. This is a stepping stone job. Cardinal is Houston football of the Medical world. This is a terrible place to be. I make 30% less than I could elsewhere. We can't keep anything in stock. If we could, good luck getting it to the customer. Half of management is not even needed. No need for 10 levels between rep and CEO. Not to mention, good luck getting ahold of a product manager when you need one. Cut the management jobs and add more support staff.

I dont disagree with anything you said - you are spot on - but back in the day (baxter/allegiance/and even early cardinal) it was a great company. Kohut's regime harmed the organization. He was just certainly one of many issues but he influenced the selling organization and that is a large group. He should have been dismissed 8 years ago.

How soon before DC follows MK out the door: this guy is another toxic influence ruining this company. Besides scores of useless VPs, shouldn't we also be concerned with the over abundance of ass clowns masquerading as our Region Managers (or Manglers)? Too many of these Little Himmlers (most of these RM Einsteins will not understand this reference) either hire the dregs no one else wants or manage to lose their very best performers to better companies. The dumbing down of the Cardinal sales fArce rests on the shoulders of these RM boot-lickers who are more concerned with sucking up to their AVPs than recruiting and nurturing the very best sales professionals. Turnover is epidemic as Cardinal has turned into a dumpster fire with no salvation in sight. Happy Holidays

Anyone know why Kohut was forced out? Who did he piss off? Had to be either DC or Duffy. Who's next?

JOY TO THE WORLD! SALES CHALLENGER BRAIN WASHING MEETINGS ARE UPON US. WHO WAS THE TURDLING WHO THOUGHT THIS DRIVEL WAS USEFUL? WAS IT THE RECENTLY DEPARTED DIMINUTIVE ONE, MR. KOHUT? OR PERHAPS THE GRAND VENETIAN ORATOR, MR. CASEY? HE'S THE ONE FOREVER REMEMBERED BY BABBLING ON FOR ANOTHER 90 MINUTES OR SO EVEN AFTER ONE OF OUR DYING COLLEAGUES WAS WHEELED OUT OF THE NSM. LOVES THE SOUND OF HIS OWN VOICE. CLASSY

I AVOID THE GOBBLEDYGOOK OF SALES CHALLENGER SO AS NOT TO MISS PLAN-AND I BLEW OUT MY NUMBERS IN FY16 AND WILL AGAIN IN FY17. AS LONG AS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF CARDINAL PRIME VENDORS IN YOUR TERRITORY, YOU'LL DO WELL, WITHOUT THEM, YOU'RE FU*KED. IF YOU BLINDLY FOLLOW THE NONSENSE IN SALES CHALLENGER, YOU'LL NEED TO KEEP YOUR RESUME HANDY.
