WARNING: INC Research

I second the Finance org and company are sinking. I have 9 years at this place and since Dan Hartnett left the team has crumbled. David Gill is a two timing back stabbing leader with no ethics. He created the targets to RIF hundreds and hundreds and we spend all our time creating summary reports on how we are doing to hit targets so the owners pay him more and he can screw us on bonuses. He says one thing in our quarterly meetings and in public and then those in the know watch the integrity plummet!! STAY AWAY... now he thinks he can take advantage of new weak CEO and COO and run the show!! We heard he was terminated from his last role so we can only hope in Finance...

 

And they did it again. With no warning INC Research AGAIN laid off employees at the Wilmington, NC branch yesterday 5/1/2013. The ones who got laid off were told they had lack of work and it was done by senority..LIE..LIE..LIE...There was favortism and some employees that were let go has been there longer than ones that were first hired. Just because you walk them out the door, doesn't mean they will talk to each other later. Wilmington, NC alone is struggling with the job market. They need to ship this company elsewhere. I would stay away from this company who has a bad track record. I know some who were recruited from good companies who haven't laid off to finding themselves now looking for a job because INC...DIDN'T DO THEIR RESEARCH.

Someone needs to notify the NEWS...People in Wilmington need to know about this company with the bad track record. I hate seeing families struggling becuase of incompetent companies as such. Email the news, and broadcast stations.

 

I was wondering if the culture has change at all at Inc Research over the past few years since this thread was initial started. I am strongly considering applying for a position there, but if current employees still share those sentiments.... maybe I will pass.
