I know many have passed through the cube life in the home office and are now out in the field working. To any of the past "graduates" how long did it take for a base pay increase? What is the best way about going about this? It seems working hard and making quota isn't the answer...I think its crazy that we are starting and still sitting in the 50K ranges, when other young professionals are hired from other areas starting in the 70Ks... it seems since we get punished for staying here.
Thats a decent starting salary with no outside sales experience. Be glad you have a job and don't work for BI right now. Heads are rolling under the new BI. It seems Merial reps were right all along, they all had guaranteed jobs.
