dumb...dumb...do you not see a pattern! what is going on with the home office at Princeton that we are not privy to see or here!
Didn't they just tell us what a great year 2016 was for OAPI results? Apparently, the parents were not happy with their kids and have dispensed some discipline. Was it for something Princeton did or was it for something that they didn't do or prevent from happening? My guess is RD/Sales Mgmt tactics with departed personnel or others were brought to their attention along with complete HR incompetence to deal with it and they've decided sales leadership must go!
More draining needed. HR needs to be drained from the top down, IT needs to be totally drained and outsourced and Marketing needs to be scaled back. Sales Ops needs to be flushed. If Japan wants success then they need to have one of their guys down here heading both OAPi and OPDC. Useless leaders should never be tolerated.
Was anyone on that God-awful call today with JE? How about the music playing right before where the rapper talks about "taking the punk's ho" and "serving your a$$ like John McEnroe. Nice! I like how relaxed everyone is. It's a departure from how it used to be with everyone so uptight on correctness and not wanting to offend anyone. However, this call took 50 minutes of my life I will never get back. I thought we'd get some real knowledge other than sales 101.
