Did the reps who left need training?

 

No, seasoned vets with many years of experience left. Why do you care so much about training?? Are you one of those corporate assclowns who focuses on the stupid LMS tests that nobody wants to take? Or, are you focusing on the multiple videos we have to watch every week now? Oh, and I can't forget the 500 surgeon app training modules that nobody wants to take either on Ipads. We get enough training, put this to bed and go away.

 

Old Arthrex reps were great at service and keeping the scrub ahead of the surgeon, but they didn't wear the sales rep title very good. Red Medical paid them a little too well just to keep existing business, but they were not growing very fast. New distributor offered everyone a chance to stay on, unfortunately a few of the reps were over paid so their pay was adjusted accordingly....some reps actually saw a pay increase. So as it ended, those who were more like service reps for the doc, left and went elsewhere. For some, it was a bitter departure, so that is why outsiders know and thus this thread was able to be created.
