    Looks like he is not only surviving, but thriving.

    PvA is one of the best leaders I have met across my entire career. We should hope and pray that he survives.

    Really? The best? Where have you worked? He has never put forward a strategy or strategic vision. The only thing he has done is whine about costs. Hasn't done anything innovative. Hasn't brought in any new talent. He's micro-managing executive directors on down, which, of course, takes away accountability from those people. He believes that R&D is simple and spendthrift. His staff publicly criticize him and each other. Snarky comments aside, I'd really like to know what you see him and what he's done for BMS.
