Why does everyone get fired?

What the hell is going on around here. Why can't anyone in executive management keep their jobs for more than a year?

 

What an easy answer: stop hiring professionals like LB through the craigslist classifieds. She's crazy.

 

I guess if the man at the top had a clue about finding good talent it wouldn't be happening

 

But the question remains why did LB get fired? Someone's gotta know.
