Received a call about a position in the Women's Health side. The recruiter did not speak a lot about the position, so trying to figure out some information.
    How large are the territories?
    What is the salary range?
    Bonus? Achievable? Not Achievable?
    Car allowance amount?

hi, to give the most unbiased, politically correct answer-I'll answer to the best of my ability.
Territories-as big as 2 states, as small as 6 hour drive from one end to the other.
Salaries, most reps start in the high 40's low 50's, if you have experience you might get in the 60's.
The products are low budget marketing-me too drugs, in crowded markets where relationships are
everything and even then it's tough bc they'll put 200-300 % growth on your goals from one quarter to the next.
    Turnover is very high
Ask anyone if you don't believe me
RD is over his head, alcoholic, And Hot headed

    Car allowance is 500
    Cell phone internet is 75
    No car wash

    Hope this helps, good luck....

This company is a Mess. Get a job with an organized company that had good leadership, Tom Dolan, RD has been cancer to the WHC side. Don't waste your time here. They lie, steal, cheat and abuse you. Glad I'm out. Worst place I've ever worked for.

Look at Altanta GA. 2 -3 WHC reps can't do the job of 1 who left last year. Divgel & PNV has tanked.
Tampa is in the gutter too. Those reps are doing horrible. They should be put on a PIP for losing all the business - how do u walk into a performaning territory and ruin it? Not working or you suck at your job.

Orlando will Tank next if it hasn't already.

Good job leadership for running off your good reps. It cost you $$ in TRX and more turnover.

Once a manager walks in the door, the providers do a better role play than any rep has ever done at a sales meeting. Most providers play along with the DMs because they think they are doing their rep a favor. Many providers can't remember the last time they have had a genuine conversation with a manager
