TherapeuticsMD will be launching in Q4 a potential Block Buster drug for the treatment of VVA in the women's health arena. By 2018, they will launch a 2nd drug for menopausal women experiencing hot flashes that has the potential to be even bigger. This is all according to Inventive Health who is recruiting for experienced sales reps in Women's Health. What Inventive didn't tell me was whether or not stock options are a part of the compensation package. I have 15 years in the arena and would love to join a start up with two potential huge products. Does anyone know if Therapeutics' comp package includes stock options, or are the current reps the only ones with equity in this company? Sounds like a great opportunity. Thanks for any insight.
