What could this be about? Are they finally going to do right by the specialty team and adjust all the unachievable goals? Incredibly the best rep in the country to date for xtandi is at 75% to goal. Great job on the IC. Im still waiting for astellas to do the right thing... its been 2 quarters now dealing with this crappy IC... still waiting.... maybe this Friday is our day? As for volume.. what is with all the incredible off volume this year. I feel there is something wrong and thet are not telling us. Our IC plans and reportinh suck here.... ugh
Don't hold your breath. We have not been paid on Xtandi yet so don't expect that to change. It would be nice to level the playing field; Oncology reps and managers get paid in much better in base and bonus than Specialty and we don't get credit for all the business we generate for oncology, we just add to the Oncology reps and managers bonuses. Just one week of one script would pay our bonus, simple math for a $10,000 a month drug.
