Overall, the management was willing to tell the truth that we have failed with FDA and have nothing new for at least 2 years. so at least they are willing to step up and own those problems. But does it not also say that leadership has been poor? That new leaders are needed to get things done?
Not how it works. They stay, we get canned. Can't make your calls/numbers in your new territory. Gives em a reason to fire you. More to come.
That was the most boring and unappreciative awards ceremony in company history! They made us all dress up then packed us in like it was a school assembly and rammed all the winners down our throats. Oh Also, heres a buffet line as a sign of our appreciation for you all not leaving for better paying companies to do the same job.
Totally agreee! I watched Regans and Graff the whole time. Both checked there watches multiple times and looked as bored as we all felt. Also, is just me or did NO Orthopaedics reps get any career ladder promotions? Wow. Good thing they changed the career ladder twice in the last two years?!?? Thanks David P. i disagree with the last few posts. Were we at the same awards night? Because I thought it was great and appreciate what senior leaders are doing for us and the company. It's clear they care and prioritize the sales force.
You musta been one of those reps that were too hung over to show up to the general sessions. AGs speech was rambling and negative. Not looking to bright. I know its tough to get up at 8am and show up for stuff.
That's not true! And don't tell my manager because I was at every meeting and participated really good. You are just a jerk boy doody head. I leave samples and bring lunch to my customers! What do you do?
Is your manager asking the team to do role play? I just join the company. Old manager never asked reps to practice role play on 1-1 visits. Weird?
I can tell by the intellectual responses of this thread that your definitely all reps. Except for the insecure corporate asshole that said the awards ceremony went well.
