Because those are not active documents. That was part of the restructuring that didn't happen. Those were posted as examples but since the restructure didn't happen, those aren't active. During such time there is no major aquisition. One they don't have a CEO, two no CEO would want to do a due like this to put himself on the line immediately. They also just recently got approval for their own hydro. Problems with the SEC allowing that. I can not wait for Disney to buy us.
