Retention bonus

Seems to me like they are trying to find ways to be sneaky and not pay out the retention bonus

 

They have already determined who will be receiving their retention bonus. If your numbers are tracking anywhere close they have adjusted them so that you will fall just short by the end of March. They have to meet a certain quota so it's any easy way of manipulating numbers. Don't kill the messenger.

 

I was told that our baselines aren't our "actual" baselines. WTH does that mean? Oh wait, that means "shady" math...unbelievable !

 

Any word on when other "decisions" will be announced with the end of the month quickly approaching?

 

our retention bonus contract states we must be employed thru April 28 to be paid out. So I wonder if it will happen after that
